How does purchasing a property from your site work?
You can use the “Buy It Now” button on the listing or you can simply head over to our Contact Us page and send us an email or give us a call. We take offers “first come first serve” . . . and e-mails usually get the quickest reply.
Are you a real estate agent?
We are not real estate agents. We buy and sell land using our own company. We are not “brokers” or “agents” for anyone else.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yes. We add new properties to this site on a continual basis. However, if we do not presently have a property that meets your needs please contact us and we will do our best to help you find what you are looking for.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
We don’t charge any hidden fees. We believe in finding great deals and passing those incredible savings on to our buyers! We turn a small profit on each property to keep our company growing and are proud to offer rock-bottom pricing on all our properties.
Why are your properties so inexpensive?
You’ll find our properties on this site discounted anywhere from 20% to 80%. We buy and sell land direct, thus cutting out the middle men with their typical commissions, fees, and closing costs. This enables us to offer extremely low sales prices making them the best value in the industry.
Why is the cash price less than the seller financed price?
Our preference is sell for cash so we offer an incentive for those that choose to buy the property outright. However, seller financing is a great option for those who would like to own property but don’t have the cash to do so.
